20 Years of Data Center Group

On May 23 and 24, 2025, Data Center Group celebrated its 20th anniversary – a major milestone that was honored with a two-day event at our headquarters in Wallmenroth.
In a festive yet familiar atmosphere, business partners, employees, friends, and supporters of the company came together to look back on two decades of success, innovation, and teamwork – and to look ahead to the future with purpose.

Festive Kickoff on Friday – 120 Invited Guests and Inspiring Words

Friday marked the official anniversary celebration. Around 120 invited guests – including representatives from business, politics, and associations – enjoyed an atmospheric evening filled with inspiring speeches, music, and lively conversation.

After a welcome address by Ralf Siefen, CEO and Chairman of the Management Board of Data Center Group, the following speakers also shared their appreciation and insights:
Dr. Ferdinand Höfer (MVV Enamic GmbH), State Secretary Petra Dick-Walther, Kristina Kutting (Chamber of Commerce), Joachim Brenner (Mayor, Betzdorf-Gebhardshain), Boris Bläser (Mayor of Wallmenroth), Nick Kriegeskotte (Bitkom e.V.), and Reiner Meutsch (FLY & HELP Foundation).

DJ and saxophonist MIKEL provided the perfect musical ambiance for the evening. Guests enjoyed an elegant buffet dinner followed by a relaxed and joyful evening of music and dancing that continued late into the night – a memorable event full of heartfelt connections and forward-looking energy.

Saturday’s Family Festival – Celebrating Community

On Saturday, we opened our doors for a big family celebration – for employees, their families, and friends of the company. Despite mixed weather, the mood was warm and spirited throughout the entire premises.

Musical entertainment was provided in the afternoon by the Bindweider Bergkapelle and Musikverein Rot-Weiß Nauroth. Later in the evening, DJ Markus Deluxe took over and energized the crowd with his mix, keeping the dance floor alive well into the night.

Children enjoyed face painting, the bouncy castle, and a photo booth, while the adults relaxed over a large BBQ buffet, cold drinks, and a grand raffle.

A Raffle With Heart – Donations for Education

A true highlight on both days was our charity raffle, whose proceeds are going to a meaningful cause: the construction of the Data Center Group School in Rwanda – an educational project in partnership with the Reiner Meutsch Foundation FLY & HELP.

Together, we’re helping create access to education for over 200 children in eastern Rwanda – because the future starts with education.
