The basis of all action is information

After all, information leads to knowledge in action. This also applies to data centers. However, two aspects are particularly important for obtaining information here: on the one hand, maximum security and, on the other, flexibility in the form of interface communication and the possibility of integration with existing plant and measurement technologies. The agent offers countless possibilities in a very small space.

It collects the security-related data of the entire IT infrastructure installed in the data centre at the various measuring points. It then uses predefined properties to compare and evaluate actual and target values. The agent sends a fault message to the customer by e-mail or SMS as soon as anomalies occur in the measured parameters. The system also makes all the collected information available via an SNMP interface for additional queries.
