DCG commits to continuity

Ralf Siefen, CEO of the Data Center Group, has signed a new long-term management contract effective October 1, 2025. His previous contract was set to expire at the end of the current fiscal year on September 30, 2025. In close coordination with shareholder MVV Enamic GmbH – a business unit of MVV Energie AG – a forward-looking agreement has been reached that ensures both strategic continuity and leadership stability.

With this contract extension, both parties reaffirm their shared commitment to consistently pursue DCG’s successful growth trajectory while further developing a strong, value-driven corporate culture. Ralf Siefen will continue to lead the company in the coming years with clear vision and unwavering personal dedication.

It’s truly a matter of the heart for me to continue on this path together with our team and to face upcoming challenges with determination and unity,” said Ralf Siefen on the occasion of the contract renewal.

The decision has also been warmly welcomed by the shareholder:
