Data centers are becoming increasingly important for municipalities due to the growing demand for computing capacity, driven by new technologies such as AI. Current legal situation requires them to be located close to heat consumers such as residential areas or business parks, making them even more attractive. At a time when the real estate sector is stumbling, data centers are increasingly attracting the attention of investors as a future-proof and fast-growing asset class.
We will be exhibiting as part of the Rhineland-Palatinate joint stand and presenting our solutions for sustainable digitalization.
