My training: Learned a lot and successfully completed
Over the last two and a half years of my training, I have acquired a lot of new knowledge and developed both professionally and personally. The start was challenging, but thanks to the support of my colleagues and trainers, I was able to quickly familiarize myself with the processes. I am particularly proud that I was able to shorten my training to 2.5 years. This decision motivated me even more to intensively expand my knowledge and improve my skills.
During my training, I was able to gain practical experience in various areas and discover my strengths. The variety of tasks prepared me well for the professional challenges ahead.
Overall, the training period was a very educational and formative experience that opened many doors for me. The weekly study sessions, which we completed during working hours and where we worked together on school assignments, were very helpful. The flexible working hours allowed me to organize my working time in a way that suited me best. We have core working hours from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., but everyone can decide for themselves whether they want to start early or stay a little longer in the afternoon.

One chapter ends, another begins
Time flies-it's hard to believe that my training is slowly coming to an end. I recently took my final exam. It was an exciting but also exhausting time, and now it's time to keep my fingers crossed that everything went well!
During my training, I gained an incredible amount of experience, both professionally and personally. I had the opportunity to work in various departments, participate in exciting projects, and learn from great colleagues. I particularly appreciate that I always received support when I didn't know what to do. Once a week, we were allowed to exchange ideas and complete school assignments during a study hour – during working hours! That helped me a lot.
One thing that makes me particularly happy is that the company will be hiring me after I complete my training! I am very much looking forward to continuing to be part of this team and taking the next steps in my professional career here.
I am grateful for the many experiences I have been able to gain and am looking forward to what the future holds. Now it's time to take a deep breath and enjoy the last few weeks of my training!
