This year, we are asking a big question: Can Europe become more resilient without isolating itself?
Over two days, leaders from politics, business, and civil society will address the challenges and opportunities of our digital future:
- How can we protect critical infrastructure in a changing threat landscape without isolating ourselves?
- What does true digital sovereignty look like in practice—open, cooperative, and strong?
- How can AI governance promote both innovation and trust?
But why is resilience in Europe important?
To thrive in a digital world, Europe must reduce dependence, increase collaboration, and invest in technologies that reflect its values. That means more than policies — it means shared infrastructure, trusted data flows, and pan-European cooperation.
As a hub for innovation, politics and cross-sector collaboration, Berlin is ideally placed to pioneer this approach. With its cutting-edge AI and cloud infrastructure and robust cybersecurity measures, Berlin's ecosystem is the perfect foundation for Europe to strengthen its resilience.
At the summit, participants will actively shape the future as well as discuss it. Meaningful cooperation is expected on topics such as trustworthy data exchange, public–private partnerships, and Europe-wide technology solutions.
Key players from EU institutions, national governments, technology companies, research institutions and civil society will come together to agree on common priorities and launch initiatives.
