Using the TIER classes 1 to 4, data center operators can have their IT infrastructure qualitatively assessed and certified with regard to security and availability.
For this purpose, the American Uptime Institute has defined a globally recognized data center certification standard. From the lowest level (Tier 1) to the highly available Tier 4 class, the institute evaluates the respective data center in the areas of availability and redundancy.
Data Center Group now has another TIER designer accredited by the Uptime Institute: Fabian Buda! Congratulations to this personal success with the passed certification! This is a great achievement and with this qualification we can increasingly support and accompany operators of data center infrastructures on their way to certification based on the TIER classes.
